Terms of use

Lead Radar is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product owned and operated by Better Work (betterwork.id.vn) (hereinafter “Lead Radar”, “we”). By creating an account, ticking the consent box, making a payment or using any feature of Lead Radar, you (the “User”) confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you use Lead Radar on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization, and that organization is jointly responsible under these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Lead Radar is a support tool that automatically searches, aggregates and screens posts, comments and information published publicly on the Internet (social networks, maps, news sites…) according to criteria set by the User, then uses artificial intelligence (AI) to suggest content that may match the User’s needs.

• Lead Radar does not sell, provide or own any personal-data database. All results are collected according to the User’s requests and configuration.
• Scores, classifications, “AI reasons”, suggested outreach messages and similar output generated by AI are for reference only; Users should adjust them over time so the AI keeps learning and improving.

• Users must be at least 18 years old or a lawfully operating organization, and must provide accurate registration information.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their password, API keys, connection codes and all activity under their account secure. Please change your password after your first sign-in.
• Each person/organization may use the trial only once. Trial accounts are locked automatically when the trial ends; data is retained as described in the Data retention section.
• When technical support is needed (fixing segment configuration, scan sources, handling errors…), the Lead Radar team may access the User’s account interface. Every access is logged; the support team does not change passwords, two-factor authentication or make payments on the User’s behalf.
• We are not liable for damage arising from the User disclosing login credentials or sharing the account with others.

The User is the party who decides the purpose and means of collecting, storing and using information found through Lead Radar, and is fully legally responsible for doing so, including but not limited to:

• Complying with Vietnamese law on personal data protection, cybersecurity, advertising, e-commerce and anti-spam rules for text messages, emails and calls (Decree 91/2020/ND-CP and its amendments and replacements).
• Assessing the legal basis yourself before contacting, calling, messaging or storing information about any individual; respecting their requests not to be contacted.
• Complying with the terms of use of the source platforms (Facebook, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google…). Lead Radar has no partnership with, and is not sponsored or endorsed by, these platforms.
• The content of messages, calls, sales pitches and all transactions between the User and potential customers are the User’s own responsibility.

Users must not use Lead Radar to:

• Harass, threaten, defraud, send spam, or distribute content that violates the law or public morals.
• Buy, sell, exchange or unlawfully disclose other people’s personal data.
• Track or profile individuals in order to infringe on their privacy, honor or dignity.
• Interfere with, probe for vulnerabilities in, bypass the security mechanisms of, copy or reverse-engineer Lead Radar software; or share or resell accounts without our written consent.
• Engage in any other activity contrary to Vietnamese law.

Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the account without a refund.

• When the User supplies their own social-network login cookies, API keys (Gemini, RapidAPI, Serper…) or proxies, the User understands and accepts all related risks, including social-network accounts being restricted, put through verification (checkpoint) or locked; and API keys being charged or running out of quota.
• Proxies and AI keys provided by Lead Radar with an account (if any) may only be used within Lead Radar and may be revoked or replaced at any time.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Radar, Better Work and our personnel and partners from any claim, demand for compensation, penalty or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) the User’s breach of these Terms or the law; (b) the User’s contact or dealings with any third party.

• Plan and credit prices are published on the Sign up & pricing page; payment is prepaid by bank transfer/VietQR. Plans/credits are activated once the system records the payment.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Bonus or promotional credits may be adjusted or revoked.
• Fees paid are non-refundable, except where required by law or where Lead Radar agrees in writing.
• Lead Radar may adjust prices; new prices apply to payments made after the adjustment.

• Lead data on Lead Radar is stored for a limited period (currently up to 90 days from discovery) and then deleted automatically. Users should sync to Google Sheets or their own system; Lead Radar has no obligation to back up or restore deleted data.
• Lead Radar may suspend or terminate an account when the User breaches these Terms, fails to pay, the trial period ends, or at the request of a competent state authority.
• Users may stop using the service at any time; stopping does not create any obligation to refund fees.

The software, interface, brand, documentation and all improvements of Lead Radar belong to us. The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them while the account remains valid. Content the User enters (customer segment descriptions, message templates…) belongs to the User; the User permits Lead Radar to process that content in order to provide the service.

Lead Radar may update these Terms from time to time. The new version takes effect once posted on this page. The User’s continued use of the service after the update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Any dispute shall first be resolved by negotiation within 30 days of one party sending written notice. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent People’s Court under Vietnamese law. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
